Choose your network
Dexpip supports USDT deposits on three blockchain networks. Each has different fees and confirmation times. Select the one that matches your sending wallet.
TRC20
TRON Network
ERC20
Ethereum Network
BEP20
BNB Smart Chain
Critical: Always match the network in your sending wallet to the network you select on Dexpip. Sending TRC20 USDT to an ERC20 address (or vice versa) will permanently lose your funds.
Get your deposit address
Once you've chosen a network, Dexpip generates a unique wallet address for you. This address is dedicated to your account — only you use it.
Log in and go to "Deposit"
From your dashboard, click on your Trading Wallet, then select "Deposit". You'll see your unique wallet addresses for each supported network.
Select your network tab
Choose TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20. Your unique address for that network will appear with a QR code you can scan from your mobile wallet.
Copy or scan the address
Use the copy button to copy the address to your clipboard, or scan the QR code directly from your sending wallet app. Double-check the address before sending.
Always verify the full addressScan this QR code from your mobile wallet app to fill in the address automatically. Make sure USDT TRC20 is selected in your wallet before scanning.
Your address is permanent. Your unique deposit address stays the same — you can save it and reuse it for future deposits on the same network.
Send USDT to your address
Open your personal crypto wallet (Binance, Trust Wallet, Coinbase, MetaMask, etc.) and initiate a transfer to your Dexpip address.
Open your crypto wallet
Go to your personal wallet — any exchange or non-custodial wallet that supports USDT on TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20 will work.
Initiate a USDT send/withdraw
Select USDT, choose "Send" or "Withdraw", and paste your Dexpip deposit address. Make sure the network in your wallet matches the Dexpip address network.
Network must match exactlyEnter your amount and confirm
Enter the amount of USDT you want to deposit. Review the network fee shown by your wallet, then confirm the transaction. The transaction will be broadcast to the blockchain.
Typically confirmed in 1–3 minutesSave your transaction hash
After sending, your wallet will show a transaction ID (TX hash). Copy it — you'll need to submit it on Dexpip to complete the deposit request.
TX hash required for verificationThe approval process
After sending, you submit your deposit request on Dexpip with the transaction hash. Our admin team verifies it on-chain before crediting your wallet.
You submit the deposit request
In your Dexpip dashboard, go to Deposit → Submit Request. Paste your TX hash, enter the amount, and select the network. Submit the form.
Admin reviews and verifies
Our admin team checks the transaction on-chain using your TX hash to confirm the amount and recipient address. This typically takes 15–60 minutes during business hours.
Funds credited to your Trading Wallet
Once approved, the USDT amount is credited to your Trading Wallet instantly. You'll receive a notification and can start copy trading immediately.
Processing time: Most deposits are approved within 1 hour. If your deposit hasn't been credited after 2 hours, contact support with your TX hash and we'll investigate immediately.
How to withdraw
Withdrawals follow a similar approval process for your security. Here's how to cash out your earnings.
Transfer to your Withdrawal Wallet
In your Trading Wallet, click "Transfer" and move the amount you want to withdraw to your Withdrawal Wallet. This transfer is free and instant.
Submit a withdrawal request
From your Withdrawal Wallet, click "Withdraw". Enter your external wallet address (where you want to receive funds), the amount, and the network.
Double-check your external addressAdmin reviews and processes
Your withdrawal is manually reviewed by our team for security. If approved, the USDT is sent to your external wallet. If rejected for any reason, the funds are returned to your Withdrawal Wallet instantly.
Auto-refunded if rejectedPro tip: Withdrawals from your Referral Wallet follow the same process. Transfer to Withdrawal Wallet first, then submit a withdrawal request.
